This is a follow-up study on a large-scale survey conducted during the pandemic by the University of Reims, France. Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire. Completion will take approximately 9 minutes. You are free to stop the survey at any time without justifying yourself.

We would like you to respond as honestly as possible and to please bear in mind that we do not expect any "right" or "wrong" answer. We do not judge behaviors in simplistic terms such as “good” and “bad”, and we hope that you do the same when you reflect upon yourself.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying token to access this survey, please rest assured that this token will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses.
