Welcome to the registration form for the INVEST Centre of Excellence in Research, Development & Innovation.
The INVEST Centre of Excellence is coordinated by the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA) within the INVEST European University Alliance.
The purpose of this form is to collect all registrations for the launch event, for smoother planning and to make your experience the best it can be. Please note that one registration equals one participant; if several persons from your organisation want to register, they each need to fill out a form.
Information regarding the processing of personal data: The University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA) (2, avenue Robert Schuman 51100 Reims) undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Data Protection Act (Act of 6 January 1978, as amended).
For the purpose of the Rectors Assembly, INVEST CoE launch and meetings that will take place from 4th to 6th November 2025, we have a legitimate interest in collecting your data for the purposes of managing registrations, invitations and logistical organisation.
If you consent to it, we will collect your dietary preferences or requests for medical accommodations.
The recipients of the data are authorised personnel of the INVEST service and Office of International Affairs of URCA. The data will be deleted within 2 months. You have the right to access, rectify and erase data concerning you, as well as the right to object to and restrict the processing of your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
